Based in Kāpiti, Api is known for his love of exterior work and his high level of craftsmanship in interiors. Alongside renovations and new builds, he’s become known for designing and constructing cabins and extra rooms—creating more space, comfort, and freedom for whānau at home. Behind the scenes, Alana keeps the wheels turning—taking care of all the back-of-house and administration, making sure everything runs smoothly. Together, they’re a solid team: reliable, hands-on, and proudly independent. Every project reflects their values—quality builds that stand the test of time, made with whānau in mind.
