A tiny bakery at the end of the world in Tukurua, Golden Bay Aotearoa/New Zealandspecialising in products made from organic ingredients and NZ grown stoneground grains. Our focus is on flavour, nutrition, sutainability through regionality. We feel that you should eat what you can grow and grow what your soil and climate can support. We are working closely with our community to create a sovereign and sustainable local food culture and to incentivise farmers to diversify dairy monocultures.
