I’m Michelle, a māmā of 2 girls, living in Tāmaki Makaurau. Style Scout is a space that holds my passion for clothes and styling. I studied textile design at University in London, so spent lots of my time customising second-hand clothes, and lots of my money buying vintage clothes in Brick Lane! My personal style is very eclectic and I love seeing and experimenting with new trends. I believe in ‘shopping your own wardrobe’ - you’re always closer to emulating a trend than you think! I love finding high quality items but am also passionate about giving things a new lease of life, if I can. I get as much joy from repairing an item that is heading for landfill, as I do finding things in epic condition.
